Citizenship by Investment / Donation (Law on Nationality, Sub-Decree 225) is a residence route in Cambodia (投資入籍). Since 1 Dec 2025: personal investment ≥ KHR 4bn (~USD 1M) in approved/priority project, or cash donation ≥ KHR 12bn (~USD 3M) to national budget. Ministry of Interior discretion; lawful source of funds. Dual citizenship tolerated.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 800'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Citizenship can be possible after about 0 years.
