Citizenship by Investment / Donation (Law on Nationality, Sub-Decree 225) is a residence route in Cambodia (Staatsbürgerschaft durch Investition). Since 1 Dec 2025: personal investment ≥ KHR 4bn (~USD 1M) in approved/priority project, or cash donation ≥ KHR 12bn (~USD 3M) to national budget. Ministry of Interior discretion; lawful source of funds. Dual citizenship tolerated.
