Real Estate (Tourism & Recreational Facility) Investment Immigration (F-2-8) is a residence route in South Korea (投資者 / 黃金簽證). Buy designated resort/tourism property (Jeju, Incheon free zones, etc.) ≥KRW 1bn (raised from 500m in May 2023); F-2 then F-5 after 5 yrs if held. Gov fees ~KRW 530,000 for family.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 575'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
