Real Estate (Tourism & Recreational Facility) Investment Immigration (F-2-8) is a residence route in South Korea (משקיע / ויזת זהב). Buy designated resort/tourism property (Jeju, Incheon free zones, etc.) ≥KRW 1bn (raised from 500m in May 2023); F-2 then F-5 after 5 yrs if held. Gov fees ~KRW 530,000 for family.
