Visa-free stay (up to 1 year) is a residence route in Georgia (Khác). Citizens of ~95 countries may stay 365 days visa-free; reset by exit/re-entry. Since 1 Mar 2026 working or running a business on visa-free status requires a work permit + D1 visa/residence.

There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included.
