Croatian citizenship for emigrants and their descendants (Art. 11 Citizenship Act) is a residence route in Croatia (Soy bağı). Prove line of descent and ancestor's permanent emigration from territory of today's Croatia (not to another Yugoslav republic). No residence, no language test, no renunciation of other citizenship. Members of Croatian people from elsewhere use Art. 16.
Requirements at a glance
