Employment Permit to Conduct a Business (Investor Permit) is a residence route in Namibia (Antreprenor). New dedicated investor permit since 1 Sep 2026 via NIPDB (assessment target 30 working days); up to 5 yrs vs 2 yrs for ordinary permits. Minimum investment not yet published – judged on capital, jobs, skills transfer, local value. Fee NAD 2,600 per year. Reserved sectors apply.
