Employment Permit to Conduct a Business (Investor Permit) is a residence route in Namibia (Entrepreneur). New dedicated investor permit since 1 Sep 2026 via NIPDB (assessment target 30 working days); up to 5 yrs vs 2 yrs for ordinary permits. Requirements at a glance

There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Citizenship can be possible after about 10 years.
