Red-White-Red Card for self-employed key workers is a residence route in Austria (Antreprenor). AMS must confirm macro-economic benefit: e.g. transfer of ≥€100,000 investment capital, creating/securing jobs, or regional importance; business plan, own income, housing, health insurance. No quota, no points. Family gets RWR Card plus. Fee €218 pp.
