Permanent Residence by Investment is a residence route in Dominican Rep. (Wiza inwestorska / złota wiza). ≥US$200,000 foreign investment registered with ProDominicana (ex-CEI-RD, Law 16-95): company capital, or real estate/financial instruments (property via registered investment). First card 1 yr, then 4-yr renewals; 3% transfer tax on property. Gov fees ~US$1,000/person.
