Permanent residence by investment (Art. 29.6, new law) is a residence route in Armenia (Wiza inwestorska / złota wiza). From 1 Nov 2026 investors get 5-yr permanent residence directly, exempt from presence rules. Minimum amount/asset classes to be set by government decree – not published as of Sep 2026 (ignore USD 150k figures from 2022 draft).

There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after od razu years. Citizenship can be possible after about 3 years.

Resident at 183 days/vital interests → worldwide; flat 20% PIT; dividends 5–10%
