Permanent residence by investment (Art. 29.6, new law) is a residence route in Armenia (Investor / Golden Visa). From 1 Nov 2026 investors get 5-yr permanent residence directly, exempt from presence rules. Minimum amount/asset classes to be set by government decree – not published as of Sep 2026 (ignore USD 150k figures from 2022 draft).

There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after sofort years. Citizenship can be possible after about 3 years.
