Red-White-Red Card for start-up founders is a residence route in Austria (Gründer). Innovative start-up, ≥€30,000 capital (≥50% own equity), significant management control, business plan, ≥50 of 85 points (qualification, experience, age, language). Renewal: turnover ≥€200k or further €100k funding; then RWR Card plus. Fee €218 pp.
