Permanent Residence – Business (s.27(c)) is a residence route in South Africa (投資家 / ゴールデンビザ). Establish/invest in a business with ≥ZAR 5m capital (same criteria as business visa, DTIC recommendation, 60% local staff); PR conditional on business continuing for 3 years. DHA fee ZAR 1,520 per applicant.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 225'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 即時 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
