Permanent Residence – Business (s.27(c)) is a residence route in South Africa (निवेशक / गोल्डन वीज़ा). Establish/invest in a business with ≥ZAR 5m capital (same criteria as business visa, DTIC recommendation, 60% local staff); PR conditional on business continuing for 3 years. DHA fee ZAR 1,520 per applicant.
