EU/EEA/Swiss free movement (right of residence) is a residence route in Estonia (EU / EFTA 移動の自由). Register residence with local government within 3 months; ID card; permanent right after 5 yrs. Citizenship 8 yrs residence + Estonian B1 + constitution test; no dual citizenship.
