EU/EEA/Swiss free movement – registration certificate is a residence route in Lithuania (Libera circolazione UE / AELS). EU/EEA/Swiss citizens staying >3 months register with Migration Dept; show work, self-employment or sufficient resources + health insurance. Non-EU spouse/child get 5-yr family member residence card. Fee ~EUR 10–30.
