Pensioner Residence is a residence route in Nicaragua (सेवानिवृत्ति). Foreign pension ≥US$1,000–1,200/mo (sources conflict) + ~US$150/mo per dependant; police record, health cert. Since Law 694 repeal (2024) filed directly at DGME, 1-yr temporary residence renewed yearly, no import perks. Gov fees ~US$250/person.
