Golden Visa — real estate is a residence route in Greece (निवेशक / गोल्डन वीज़ा). Single property ≥ €800k (Attica, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, large islands), ≥ €400k elsewhere, ≥ €250k commercial-to-residential conversion or listed-building restoration; min 120 m²; no short-term rental. Fee €2,000 + €150/adult dependant.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 235'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Citizenship can be possible after about 7 years.
