Gold Card (US$1m gift) is a residence route in US Virgin Islands (Sijoittaja- / kultainen viisumi). US$1,000,000 unrestricted gift to US Commerce Dept (US$2m if corporate-sponsored) + US$15,000 processing fee per person; DHS vetting; leads to EB-1/EB-2 green card. Legal challenges — low confidence. Spouse and each child need their own US$1m gift + US$15k fee.
