Gold Card (US$1m gift) is a residence route in US Virgin Islands (Investor- / golden visa). US$1,000,000 unrestricted gift to US Commerce Dept (US$2m if corporate-sponsored) + US$15,000 processing fee per person; DHS vetting; leads to EB-1/EB-2 green card. Legal challenges — low confidence.
