General Work Visa (points-based) / Intra-company Transfer / Trusted Employer Scheme is a residence route in South Africa (Employment). Trusted Employer Scheme (Phase II July 2026) speeds visas for vetted firms. PR after 5 yrs (s.26(a)). DHA fee ZAR 1,520 per applicant.

Requirements at a glance

There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 10 years.
