Temporary Residence is a residence route in Paraguay (Independent means). Passport, apostilled birth cert & police record, health cert issued in PY, local address; no fixed minimum income for temporary stage. Conversion to permanent (DNM Res. 407/2026, from 6 Jul 2026) needs documented real income/activity (RUC usually). Gov fees ~US$400/person.
