Invest ≥USD 1m within 12 months in a business activity (FinTech, treasury, AI, biotech, renewables etc.); EDB property schemes excluded. Spouse & children included; then 20-yr PRP. ~100 visas/yr target. Enacted Aug 2026 (Acts 13/14 of 2026); EDB guidelines, fees pending – details uncertain.
