EU/EEA/Swiss free movement (CRUE registration certificate) is a residence route in Portugal (Ελεύθερη κυκλοφορία ΕΕ / ΕΖΕΣ). Register at câmara municipal after 3 months; sufficient means + health cover; permanent right after 5 yrs. Naturalisation 7 yrs for EU/CPLP, 10 yrs for others (Swiss count as non-EU: verify) + A2 Portuguese. Gov fees ~€50 (family of 3).
