Start-up founder temporary residence permit is a residence route in Latvia (创业者). Innovative business idea approved by LIAA; bank statement ≥EUR 6,000 per adult + EUR 1,800 per child; max 5 foreign founders per project. 3-yr permit, family included. State fees ~€160/person (approx).
