Golden Visa – Investor in Public Investments (fund deposit / company capital) is a residence route in United Arab Emirates (投資者 / 黃金簽證). One of: AED 2m deposit in accredited UAE investment fund/bank; company with AED 2m capital; AED 2m partnership stake; or company paying ≥AED 250k tax p.a. Funds must be own (not loans). Family incl. parents. Gov fees (visa, Emirates ID, medical) ~AED 12,800 (family of 3).
