Employment Residence (Iqama) is a residence route in Saudi Arabia (就業). Employer-sponsored work visa and iqama (renewed 1 yr); employer pays work-permit levy (~SAR 800/month) under Nitaqat quotas; job mobility since 2021 Labour Reform Initiative; exit/re-entry visa needed for travel.
