Digital Nomad Visa (Executive Order 86) is a residence route in Philippines (數字遊民). EO 86 (2025): age 18+, foreign-sourced income only, health insurance, clean record; 1 yr renewable. Income threshold not set; DFA e-visa portal not yet offering it as of Aug–Sep 2026.

There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included.
