Golden Visa — capital / financial investment is a residence route in Greece (Nhà đầu tư / golden visa). €250k in Elevate-Greece startups, €350k in Greek AIF/mutual fund, €500k Greek bank deposit or government bonds, €800k listed shares/corporate bonds or company capital. 5-yr renewable permit, no stay requirement. Fee €2,000 + €150/adult dependant.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 235'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Citizenship can be possible after about 7 years.
