Investor Residency – original 5/10-year tiers (OMR 250k / 500k) is a residence route in Oman (Інвесторська / золота віза). 2021 programme: OMR 250k in company/bonds/property → 5 yrs; OMR 500k (or company with 50 Omanis) → 10 yrs. Most 2025–26 sources say superseded by OMR 200k Golden Residency; some (Deloitte, UNCTAD) still describe these tiers. Low confidence.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 520'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included.
