Naturalisation for Persons of African Descent is a residence route in Liberia (Soy bağı). Naturalisation after ~2–5 yrs lawful residence with declaration of intent; only for persons of African descent. Dual citizenship allowed since 2022. Non-Black foreigners cannot naturalise or own land.
