Residence Permit (retirees / independent means) is a residence route in Botswana (Emeklilik). Discretionary residence permit for retirees/persons with sufficient foreign pension or assets and accommodation; no formal independent-means or investor-residence programme and no published threshold.

Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 10 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 10 years.
