Temporary residence permit – investor (EUR 260k / investment agreement) is a residence route in Lithuania (Investerar- / golden visa). Investment ≥EUR 260,000 (or ≥EUR 500,000) in Lithuanian company creating ≥5 full-time jobs for LT/EU residents → 3-yr TRP. Separate route: investment agreement with state ≥~EUR 1.45M. No passive real-estate route. TRP fee ~€120/person (standard processing).
