Talent residence permit — economic investor is a residence route in France (Investerar- / golden visa). Direct or via controlled company ≥ €300k in tangible/intangible assets of a French company and create/safeguard jobs; 4-yr permit for whole family ('talent famille'). Fees: visa €99 + residence card €225 per adult.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 282'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 5 years.
