Temporary Residence Permit (quota-based) is a residence route in Russia (Altele). General TRP within annual quota (federal quota cut to ~5,500 for 2025); Russian language, history & law exam, medical tests, clean record, annual income notification. Work allowed only in issuing region. Residence permit (VNZh) after 1 year. Gov fees ~RUB 15k (family of 3).
