Czech citizenship by declaration for former citizens and descendants is a residence route in Czechia (Ascendență). Declaration with proof that parent/grandparent was a Czechoslovak/Czech citizen who lost citizenship; clean record; no language test or residence. Dual citizenship allowed since 2014.
