Professionals: UAE employment contract, bachelor's degree, salary ≥AED 30,000/month, MOHRE skill level 1–2. Talents (doctors, scientists, creatives, athletes, inventors) via nomination by competent authority, no salary test. Gov fees (visa, Emirates ID, medical) ~AED 12,800 (family of 3).
