Worker Migrant visa (with Confirmation of Employment) is a residence route in Isle of Man (Emprego). IoM employer Confirmation of Employment (free) after Sequential Labour Market Test; new rules from 1 Jun 2026: only Higher Skilled roles may bring spouse/children, no employer change in first 12 months, new Shortage Occupation List. ILR £3,226 after 5 yrs.
Requirements at a glance
There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 6 years.
