Work Residence Permit is a residence route in Egypt (Emprego). Work permit from Ministry of Labour sponsored by Egyptian employer or registered foreign branch; foreign staff generally capped at 10% (1:9 ratio); security clearance, HIV test. Renewed yearly; changing jobs restarts process. Gov fees ~EGP 4,000/person.
