Family Residence Permit (إقامة لم الشمل)
Family Residence Permit is a residence route in Egypt (Família). Spouse, children or parents of an Egyptian citizen or of a resident foreigner; legalised marriage/birth certificates, sponsor letter. Foreign wife of Egyptian may apply for nationality after 2 yrs of marriage. Gov fees ~EGP 3,000/person.

How holders are taxed
Residents taxed up to 27.5%; foreign-source passive income of individuals generally not taxed in practice (verify). CH–EG treaty.
