EU/EEA/Swiss free movement (registration certificate) is a residence route in Hungary (Swobodny przepływ UE / EFTA). Register within 3 months of arrival; means + health insurance; permanent residence card after 5 yrs. Naturalisation 8 yrs + constitutional studies exam in Hungarian.
