Long-term residence permit for the purpose of investment is a residence route in Czechia (Wiza inwestorska / złota wiza). 'Significant investment' ≥CZK 75m (up to 60% in kind/tech) creating ≥20 jobs for EU citizens for ≥2 yrs; entrepreneur or executive of investing company. Assessed with CzechInvest. The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 2'890'000. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 10 years.
