Residency and Employment Rights Certificate / Dependant status (spouse & children) is a residence route in Cayman Islands (Rodzina). Spouse of a Caymanian applies for a Residency & Employment Rights Certificate (since 1 May 2026 cannot hold a work permit instead). Dependants of other certificate/permit holders are endorsed without work rights. Caymanian status via marriage after long residence (discretionary).
