Temporary Residence based on Real Estate Ownership is a residence route in Bosnia and Herz. (Wiza inwestorska / złota wiza). Property ownership is a ground only in exceptional cases with an effective link (origin, children in school, business, family). No minimum value. Fee BAM 150 per permit, PR BAM 200; means + health insurance.
