Resident Card for Foreign Investors / Company Managers is a residence route in Algeria (Przedsiębiorca). Register project with AAPI under Investment Law 22-18 (2022); 51/49 local-ownership rule lifted in 2020 except strategic sectors and import trading. Business visa then resident card as manager of company. No passive investor route.
