Family-based ARC (spouse/dependants) (依親居留)
Family-based ARC (spouse/dependants) is a residence route in Taiwan (Gezin). Spouse of Taiwan national may work without permit; dependants of Gold Card holders get open work rights. Gov fees ~NTD 12,000 for family.
Requirements at a glance
There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after 5 years. Citizenship can be possible after about 3 years.
