Global Investor Programme (GIP) is a residence route in Singapore (Investeerders- / golden visa). Option A: ≥SGD 10m in new/expanding SG business; B: ≥SGD 25m in GIP-select fund; C: SG single family office with AUM ≥SGD 200m, ≥SGD 50m deployed. PR with 5-yr re-entry permit.

Requirements at a glance

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 6'200'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included. Permanent residence: after direct years. Citizenship can be possible after about 2 years.

How holders are taxed

No tax on dividends/capital gains; foreign income received by individuals exempt; top rate 24%.
