Residence Card for Investors / Company Owners (Carte de séjour (investisseur / commerçant))
Residence Card for Investors / Company Owners is a residence route in Morocco (Ondernemer). Set up/register a Moroccan company (RC, tax ID) or invest in one; card issued on company documents and proof of capital transfer. No statutory minimum; larger projects get support under 2022 Investment Charter (Law 03-22). No golden visa exists. Card fee ~MAD 100 (stamp) per person.
