Investor Residence (KDIPA-licensed foreign investment, up to 15 years) is a residence route in Kuwait (Investeerders- / golden visa). Owner/partner/senior exec of a KDIPA-licensed entity (Law 116/2013). Cabinet Res. 651/2026: investment volume ≥KWD 5m incl. ≥KWD 1m capital deposited in Kuwait; clean record. Residence fee KWD 50/yr, dependants KWD 40/yr.

The minimum qualifying investment is about CHF 13'050'000. There is no minimum stay to keep the permit. Spouse and children can usually be included.
